A private equity boutique firm based in London and managing financial affairs of High Net Worth Client base is seeking to employ an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join its team on a full-time basis. The role is of strategic importance and the incumbent will be responsible for:

• Continuous review, design and improvement of the Financial Department operations and procedures;

• Development, implementation and management of the Financial Department accounting policies, including reporting scope of accounting and reporting processes, standards, required manuals, classifications and staff training
